After the order has been dispatched from our warehouses, responsibility for the order passes to the respective transport company.
We do not send to PO Boxes.
Currently, we only ship within the European Union.
Any delay in shipping items, given the estimated dates presented, does not entitle you to compensation.
Shipping costs may be modified at any time and without prior notice. In any case, the shipping costs that appear when placing the order will be valid.
Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout based on the weight of the package and the destination address. For standard shipping, the cost ranges from €4.95 – €6.95. We offer free standard shipping for orders over €100 domestically.
Extra postage will be charged on orders exceeding 5kg, as well as orders weighing more than 15kg will have to be divided into 2 or more volumes and postage will be charged for each of them. You will receive an ATM reference to settle.
After your order leaves our warehouses, you will receive an email with the carrier link to track your order. You can also consult this same link in your Customer Area under Orders.
Custom and Import Taxes:
As we currently only ship within the EU, custom and import taxes do not apply to our customers. All prices listed on our website are inclusive of taxes and duties.
