How can I get free shipping?
We offer free shipping for domestic orders over 100 euros. Shipping times Shipping and processing time depends on the item. Please check item description where you can find up to date processing time. Keep in mind that some products are made to order so processing time might be longer. When it comes to shipping you can choose Express or regular shipping, it is up to you.
What happens if my parcel goes missing?
It is rare that parcels go missing but it can happen unfortunately. Please email us if that happens and we will start investigation.
How can I pay for my order?
We accept Credit card, IDEAL,Paypal,ApplePay or Bank transfer
Do you offer returns?
We do. The costumer have 14 days since delivery. Please email us and we provide return label. The costumer pays for return label.
